HR Coordinator

LaSalle Network is partnering with an organization in downtown Chicago seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Coordinator to join their team. The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in managing the onboarding process and supporting various HR functions to ensure a smooth employee experience.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the entire onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations, preparing onboarding materials and ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, ensuring compliance with data privacy and record-keeping standards
• Serve as a primary point of contact for new employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and general inquiries
• Support benefits administration by answering employee questions regarding enrollment, changes, and claims and assisting with open enrollment processes
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing HR documents and assisting with HR projects as needed
• Coordinate and participate in new hire orientation and training sessions to help employees understand company policies and culture
  
  

HR Coordinator Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to a positive employee experience
