Entry-Level Recruiter Responsibilities
- Build relationships with candidates across multiple industries
- Conduct interviews to assess skills, interests, and career goals
- Partner with internal sales team to provide outstanding client service and fill roles quickly and effectively
- Learn how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Leverage social media, job boards, and networking events to attract top talent
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience every step of the way
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive spirit with a drive to win and exceed goals
- Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn from industry leaders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment
- Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
- This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Base salary is $60K and OTE is $80-110K.
