Contract Revenue Operations Analyst

LaSalle Network has partnered with a Denver-based SaaS company in their search for a RevOps Contractor. This is a three month contract to start, with potential to extend and even convert for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Support the Revenue Operations team in executing day-to-day operational initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Analyze revenue funnel performance, conversion rates, pipeline metrics, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytical models within Salesforce and Excel to support business decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps leadership to understand business processes and recommend improvements.
• Assist in building and refining forecasting models, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Evaluate existing workflows, data structures, and reporting processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems, reports, and operational processes.
• Translate business questions into actionable analysis and recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of scalable RevOps processes as the function continues to mature and grow.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, or a related analytics-focused role.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market organizations, including sales funnels, conversion metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue performance.
• Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, forecasting, and complex data analysis.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and analytics within Salesforce.
• Ability to work with imperfect data and processes while identifying practical solutions and improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Naturally curious and proactive, with a desire to understand how the business operates and how processes can be improved.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being built and refined.
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analytics concepts is preferred but not required.
  
  

This is an in office position (4 days in office, 1 remote), and is only accepting local-based applicants at this time!

This position pays an hourly rate range of $40-$45hr/hr W2, depending on experience.
