A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a Business Analyst/Planner to join its growing Supply Chain & Operations team. This role supports data-driven decision-making across production, inventory, transportation, and cost management while helping improve overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot reporting tools to support Supply Chain, Operations, and Production teams.
- Analyze data related to inventory levels, transportation performance, production planning needs, and raw material targets.
- Support scheduling functions as needed by understanding production flow and assisting with execution during peak periods.
- Present data, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional teams to guide business decisions.
- Identify and deliver cost-savings and continuous improvement opportunities across the operation.
- Support and strengthen process flow visibility across production, logistics, inventory movement, and overall Supply Chain operations.
- Strong technical skillset: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Sigma, SQL/Sequel, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems.
- Deep understanding of production processes, inventory flow, and general end-to-end Supply Chain operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and support rapid decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000, annually.
