We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of construction projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones
- Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and vendor management
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and prepare financial reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to avoid delays
- Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to ensure quality and progress
- Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders and leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience managing construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
