This Accounts Payable Specialist role is ideal for someone who brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

What’s the job?

• Process and code vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Review invoices for compliance and proper approvals
• Maintain organized, audit-ready accounts payable records
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Prepare reports and support financial tracking
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding payments
• Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed
  
  

What’s needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 2 years of experience doing accounts payable
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• High attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured environment
