In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our operations by reviewing leases and contracts, organizing legal documents, and preparing files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Must have a background in real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and summarize contracts and legal documents
- Organize and maintain legal files and records
- Prepare document packages for internal review
- Support attorneys with administrative legal tasks (no legal advice required)
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of paralegal experience (real estate experience required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
