Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and build authentic relationships
- Learn and maintain expert knowledge of Harley-Davidson models, features, and riding lifestyle products
- Identify customer needs and tailor product presentations accordingly
- Make informed recommendations to help customers choose the right motorcycle
- Deliver an exceptional and memorable motorcycle delivery experience
- Maintain consistent follow-up and customer communication
- Support dealership events and customer engagement efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership success

Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement, or ability to obtain one
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Occupational (Salesperson) License
