Job Summary
A Las Vegas-based outdoor advertising company is seeking top sales professionals with the drive, talent, and experience to sell services to Local and national advertisers in Las Vegas. As an advertising account executive, you will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with advertisers. Compensation includes a base salary and commission, with no cap on earnings potential. Benefits include a great work environment, health, vision, and dental insurance.
Common Activities Include
- Phone and in-person meetings with prospects and customers to understand their advertising goals and needs
- Building proposals and strategies that meet their needs
- Overseeing existing campaigns while they are running
Responsibilities
- Provides sales proposals and responds to requests for proposals
- Manage the existing roster of prospects and continuously seek business expansion opportunities
- Detailed knowledge of Las Vegas Billboards services and ensure that products and services consistently meet customer needs
- Visit customer locations periodically to ensure customer satisfaction and promote ongoing business/campaigns
- Set regular check-in meetings with customers and create follow-up appointments and reminders
- Analyze and evaluate marketers’ campaign health and performance
Experience and Qualifications
- 2 years in B2B account management
- Media sales experience preferred (out of home, billboard, radio, TV, digital, print)
- Sales or business consulting
- Experience in strategic advertising planning and execution
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent listener and note-taker
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to produce quality materials within tight time frames and manage several tasks and projects simultaneously
- Must be highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced working environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and business partnering skills
- Strong pipeline, deal management, and time management skills
- Proficient in SalesForce and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have a reliable vehicle suitable for driving clients/prospects on market rides
- Can-do attitude
