• Competitive Pay: $52,000 – $250,000 annually
• Commission Plan:
  • 30% commission with a $200 minimum per unit (after pack), up to $4,000 per unit
  • $500 minimum commission when 10 sales are reached in a month (retroactive to unit one)

• Luxury or Sales Experience Preferred – Automotive, retail, or hospitality backgrounds welcomed

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a First-Class Sales Experience – Guide clients from initial contact through delivery and beyond
• Manage Leads & Appointments – Respond to internet and phone inquiries with urgency and professionalism
• Present Vehicles with Expertise – Showcase Mercedes-Benz design, performance, and advanced technology
• Negotiate & Close Business – Structure deals and confidently guide clients through the purchase process
• Build Long-Term Relationships – Generate repeat and referral business through exceptional service
• Maintain CRM Activity – Track opportunities, follow-ups, and client interactions accurately

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
• Effective communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
• Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
• Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
