This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the automotive industry and strong problem-solving skills. As a Parts Advisor, you will assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles while ensuring efficient inventory management and top-tier service.

The Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about the automotive industry with a strong interest in vehicle parts and accessories.
• Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and orders.
• A proactive problem-solver who can troubleshoot customer needs effectively.
• Experienced in automotive parts or retail sales (preferred but not required).
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using inventory management software and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting the appropriate parts and accessories, both in person and over the phone.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring timely ordering and availability of parts.
• Order Processing: Source and procure high-quality parts while verifying compatibility with customer needs.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest automotive parts, accessories, and industry trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Parts Manager and service team to enhance operational efficiency.
• Customer Satisfaction: Deliver professional, knowledgeable service to build lasting customer relationships.
