You’ll start with maintenance, but you’ll also work alongside experienced technicians, learn real repairs, and build the skills needed to move into a full technician position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform maintenance (oil changes, tires, batteries, inspections)
• Complete multi-point inspections and document findings
• Assist technicians with diagnostics and repairs
• Learn how to identify and fix real vehicle issues
• Keep workflow moving and support the shop

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background
