Senior Litigation Attorney
Location: Arizona; Need to be barred in Arizona
Overview
An established and expanding legal platform is seeking a litigation attorney to take ownership of active matters while contributing to the growth of a collaborative and performance-driven team. This role offers meaningful autonomy and the ability to work closely with leadership on both legal and operational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage a docket of civil litigation matters from pre-litigation through resolution
- Lead discovery, motion practice, and case strategy development
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and key filings
- Interface with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed
Requirements
- ~3-5 years of litigation experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle core litigation responsibilities (e.g., discovery, motions, depositions)
- Experience managing cases or contributing meaningfully to case progression
- Strong communication, organization, and judgment
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
