Litigation Associate

Location: Madison, New Jersey (Hybrid)

Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join its Madison, NJ office. • Independently manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Conduct and defend depositions, and appear in court as needed
• Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues on case strategy and legal projects
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide detailed status reports
  
  

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the New Jersey Bar
• 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation (general liability and/or professional liability)
• Experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and report writing preferred
• Trial experience or trial preparation experience is a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
  
  

• Salary range: $125,000 - $175,000, depending on experience and qualifications
