Our client is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in managing commercial matters, including contracts, subcontractor agreements, redlining documents, compliance, and risk mitigation across major infrastructure projects. The position offers the chance to work closely with legal teams, external counsel, and operational departments to ensure seamless contract execution and compliance.
- Prepare, review, and administer contracts and proposals.
- Manage subcontractor agreements and certificates of insurance (COIs).
- Maintain organized contract and subcontractor systems using DocuSign CLM, Salesforce, and Avetta.
- Ensure contract compliance and monitor performance, coordinating with legal and external counsel.
- Prepare reports and summaries on contract performance and compliance.
- Coordinate cross-departmental reviews and deliverables for contract submissions.
- Oversee timely issuance of contracts, bonds, and licenses.
- Track workflow and status of commercial matters across departments.
- 5 years of expereince in the construction industry
- Proven experience in contract management, business operations, or commercial management.
- Familiarity with legal documents and terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
