Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, amendments, change orders, and related contract documentation under attorney guidance.
- Manage contract requests and legal support inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Maintain contract tracking systems and support legal department workflow management.
- Assist with letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other financial assurance instruments.
- Support insurance administration activities, including certificates of insurance, claims coordination, and policy renewals.
- Coordinate lien waivers, releases, and other project-related documentation.
- Monitor and track customer compliance requirements through third-party platforms.
- Assist with corporate governance matters, including preparation of resolutions, consents, and organizational documents.
- Provide general legal operations support, including document management and outside counsel invoice tracking.
Desired Background
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 years of experience in contract administration, contract negotiation, legal operations, or a related function.
- Understanding of commercial contract terms, risk allocation, and business contracting practices.
- Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial organizations.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
