The Roofing Project Manager is responsible for ensuring proper, safe, and high‑quality installation of residential replacement roofing systems. In this role you will lead, manage, and hold accountable subcontractor crews, protect the customer experience on every job, and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards.

What You’ll Do (Essential Responsibilities)

• Manage residential roof replacement projects from job start to close‑out.
• Lead and oversee subcontractor crews to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance on every job.
• Ensure expert installation of roofing systems (roof, gutters, ventilation, downspouts, insulation) and clearly explain the completed work to the homeowner.
• Protect the customer’s property at all times (floor savers, drop cloths, neat and safe jobsite including roof, yard, driveway, and street).
• Re‑check all aspects of each installation before leaving the job to reduce callbacks and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Use the Production Manager SOP and the Fastfield app to accurately track jobsite information, photos, notes, and progress in a timely manner.
• Monitor and manage jobsite waste and cleanliness.
• Ensure all crews follow OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck, shop, yard, and dumpster area—company vehicles are rolling billboards for our brand.
• Consistently meet or beat project timelines while maintaining quality and safety.
• Support and model the company’s Core Focus and Core Values in all interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Roofing Production Manager.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience in residential roofing, construction, or project management (roofing project management experience strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of residential roofing systems, safety practices, and jobsite management.
• Ability to lead and hold crews accountable while maintaining positive relationships.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; comfortable interacting with homeowners daily.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and details at once.
• Comfort with technology; able to use mobile apps and checklists for job tracking and documentation.

Physical Demands

• Regularly climb ladders and access roofs and scaffolding.
• Frequently lift 50–75 pounds; ability to consistently lift at least 25 pounds and carry up to 250 feet unassisted.
• Work more than 40 hours per week as needed, including occasional long days (up to 12 hours).
• Wear and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Working Environment

• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including very hot and very cold temperatures.
• Regular exposure to active construction sites, equipment, and elevated noise levels.
• Frequent work at heights on ladders, roofs, and scaffolding while using safety gear.
