Larson Ford is a President's Award-winning Ford Motor Company dealership, recognized for delivering an outstanding customer experience. We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced Service Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our high-energy Service Department.
This is a critical, high-visibility role. You'll be the first point of contact for over 1,000 customers every month — the voice and face of our dealership's service experience.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and coordinate all phone and online service appointments
- Manage scheduling across multiple service channels, including:
- In-dealership service appointments
- Mobile service appointments
- Pick-up and delivery service appointments
- Serve as a cashier for the Service Department — processing payments, closing repair orders, and handling transactions accurately
- Greet and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- Answer questions about service status, pricing, and appointment details
- Collaborate closely with service advisors and technicians to keep the schedule running smoothly
- Consistently deliver a five-star customer experience that reflects our President's Award standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a service cashier, scheduling, or customer service role (dealership experience a plus)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a high volume of scheduling across multiple service types
- A customer-first mindset — someone who takes pride in creating a great experience, every time, for every customer
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer/scheduling software proficiency
- A positive, professional, and dependable attitude
