We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support our growing excavation business. This key role will handle a wide range of administrative functions to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (A/P & A/R)
- Reconcile and monitor company credit card transactions
- Coordinate employee payroll and assist with benefits administration
- Maintain insurance policies (GL, auto, WC) and ensure compliance
- Oversee vehicle records, registrations, maintenance tracking, and DOT compliance
- Assist with vendor setup, invoicing, and purchase order management
- Support permit and licensing applications and renewals
- General administrative support to leadership and field teams
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a similar administrative, bookkeeping, or office management role
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and document management systems
- Construction industry experience is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
