This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager, located in Tucson, AZ. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties, including tenant relations, property inspections, vendor management, lease administration, and financial oversight. Responsibilities include ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, addressing tenant inquiries and concerns, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and preparing budgets, reports, and other documentation. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local regulations and managing property improvement projects as needed.
- Experience in property management, leasing, and tenant relations
- Strong organizational skills, including budget preparation, financial oversight, and report generation
- Familiarity with vendor and contractor management, as well as ensuring facility maintenance and improvements
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to commercial properties
- Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar are a plus
