What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Leasing Agent / Property Manager position at Tucson Property Executives?
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Leasing Agent to assist with our day-to-day property management and leasing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing rental inventory, showing properties all over the Tucson/Pima County area to interested individuals, coordinating rental agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Duties:**
- Follow up on rental inquiries from potential tenants, manage unit availability and posting available units to our website.
- Show properties to interested parties, coordinate rental agreements, including processing leases and extensions.
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants, work with local housing programs to place tenants rapidly, and address inquiries and issues promptly.
- Work with the Property Manager to develop and implement rental pricing strategies to maximize revenue for property owners.
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer interactions
- Ocassionaly make contact with tenants regarding outstanding rent, property disturbances, and post notices for tenants out of compliance with their lease agreements.
**Qualifications:**
- A CURRENT ARIZONA REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
- Strong communication skills are necessary. Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills are required.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, (Google Docs, Google Sheets) and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and contracts.
- Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service and public speaking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in outside sales is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are a must.
