Duties

- Apply licensed chemical agents safely and accurately using proper pesticide management techniques.
- Operate company vehicles, power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery to facilitate treatment procedures.
- Follow strict safety protocols including ladder safety procedures, respiratory protection, confined space entry safety procedures, and chemical handling guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment plans, answer questions, and provide ongoing customer support.
- Maintain detailed records of pesticide applications, treatment logs, and safety compliance documentation.
- Adhere to integrated pest management strategies to ensure environmentally responsible pest control solutions.
Experience
- Previous experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of pesticide application techniques and chemical agent handling is essential.
- Familiarity with ladder use, ladder safety procedures, hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery enhances effectiveness on the job.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with outdoor work experience supports efficient operation of equipment.
