Duties:
- Perform automotive services and repairs on GM vehicles with precision and efficiency.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Align and weld components as needed to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
- Use hand tools effectively to complete tasks related to powertrain and automotive service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive service as a Service Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in working with GM vehicles and familiarity with dealership operations.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to perform automotive diagnostics and use hand tools proficiently.
- Prior experience in automotive alignment, welding, powertrain maintenance, and automotive service.
