- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries regarding billing and payments.
- Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
