**Duties:**
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and medications
- Perform housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and report changes in resident's health or behavior
- Support residents with mobility assistance and transfers
**Qualifications:**
- Experience or certification in caregiving, memory care, or related fields is preferred
