What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker position at Larry's Coffee?
The Delivery Driver is the face of Larry's Coffee on the road. You will operate the company delivery van and manage a route of 10–20 wholesale accounts per day, ensuring every delivery arrives on time, in the right quantities, and with the care our customers have come to expect. This role sits at the intersection of logistics and relationship-building , it is equal parts organized operator and brand ambassador.
Routes generally begin around 7:00 AM. End times vary based on route volume and daily needs; flexibility is essential. Think less rigid driving schedule, and more beverage distributor or foodservice route driver: the work is done when the work is done and done right.
During peak production periods, this role includes warehouse support hours. Cross-training across operations is part of how we grow people at Larry's Coffee.
Required
- Must be 25 years of age or older (insurance requirement for company vehicle operation)
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Clean driving record — MVR check required prior to hire
- Ability to lift and unload product repeatedly throughout the day (50 lbs)
- Strong verbal communication skills — comfortable speaking with customers and relaying information accurately
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stops, catch discrepancies, and adjust on the fly
- Comfortable handling invoices and payment collection at delivery
- Willingness to cross-train in warehouse operations and support other areas of the business as needed

Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior route delivery experience (food/beverage, logistics, distribution)
- Experience with routing apps or logistics software
- Customer Service Experience
- Basic hands-on mechanical or technical skills - able to diagnose simple coffee equipment issues
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
