POSITION: Custodian, Full-time, Larkspur-Corte Madera (K-8) School District, District-Wide. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the supervision of the Site Administrator(s) and Director of Facilities, performs custodial duties identified in the custodial job description; performs general cleaning, maintenance and safety duties; operates motorized grounds equipment and the transportation of equipment required to perform such duties; and performs related work as required. QUALIFICATIONS: Prior work experience as a school custodian Valid California’s driver’s license Ability to operate light motorized equipment Ability to perform minor equipment repairs Physical strength to perform heavy labor, including ability to lift 50 lbs. or more Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English ‘Meets expectations’ or better in performance reviews APPLICATION: External applicants must submit applications via www.edjoin.org.
