Residential Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a broad skill set, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair duties including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair.
• Conduct routine inspections of residential and commercial properties.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies.
• Troubleshoot issues and determine the most effective repair method.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Assist in coordinating with outside contractors and vendors when necessary.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, clients, and property managers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential maintenance or a related field (prefered but not necessary)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
