Position Overview
We’re hiring a reliable, hardworking Landscape Foreman who wants more than just a job — someone looking to grow into a leadership role.
This position starts with hands-on labor in landscaping and hardscaping projects, with a clear path to becoming a Foreman responsible for running jobs, managing crew members, and ensuring high-quality installations.

What You’ll Do (Starting Role)
Assist with installation of:
- Paver patios
- Retaining walls
- Landscape beds and edging
- Sod, seed, and plantings
- Water features/fountains
What You’ll Grow Into (Foreman Role)
- Lead a crew on job sites from start to finish
- Read plans and execute layouts
- Communicate with clients professionally on-site
- Manage daily production and efficiency
- Train and mentor new employees
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Valid Drivers License
- 1 year experience (landscaping and hardscaping)
- Experience using skid loaders, excavators and other machines
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Leadership Potential
Pay & Advancement
- Raises based on performance, not just time

- Foreman pay range: $25–$35 /hr depending on production and leadership
