We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk to join our Health Information Management team and support accurate, secure, and efficient handling of patient health information.
The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and protecting patient health records in accordance with federal, state, and hospital regulations. This role ensures timely access to medical records for clinical staff, patients, and authorized third parties, while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic proficiency in computers and office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
