This position serves as the first point of contact for patients entering the hospital, responsible for accurately collecting and verifying patient information, insurance details, and medical history. Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in patient registration, admissions, or a healthcare administrative role is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and their families during the admission process, providing clear information and support.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure all necessary documentation and authorizations are obtained prior to admission..
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, HIPAA regulations, and other relevant healthcare laws to protect patient confidentiality and data security.
