We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Porter Ranch, CA.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting ABA assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Supervising and supporting RBTs and clinical staff
• Providing parent training and collaborating with families
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting programming as needed
• Maintaining high clinical and ethical standard

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Master’s degree in ABA
• Experience in ABA treatment planning and supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
