Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time capacity, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral intervention programs designed to improve the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will guide clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of evidence-based interventions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on ABA techniques and data collection procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records, patient documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality.
- Participate in intake assessments and ongoing patient care activities to support behavioral health goals.
Experience
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Demonstrated experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis principles, and data collection methods.
- Experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and developing treatment plans aligned with best practices.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards.

WORK SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY
- Standard work hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday NO WEEKENDS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Master's Degree required
- Successfully pass a background check
- Valid and current California driver’s license, proof of coverage on employee’s personal automobile
- Reliable transportation and a good driving record - NO RIDESHARE/UBER/DROP OFFS/PICKUPS: HIPAA VIOLATION
- Valid and current TB Clearance
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and professionalism skills
- Ability to be receptive and implement the feedback that is provided by maintaining professionalism (be mindful of your behavior, body language, facial expressions, language/expression/speech/tone/volume, etc.)
- Maintaining professionalism (be mindful of your behavior, body language, facial expressions, language/expression/speech/tone/volume, etc.) at all times and all Lark Behavior Group and Inspire Learning staff, in addition to other service providers in our environment
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary collaborative team
- Reliable attendance record
- Ability to commute up to a 35 mile radius from employee’s documented home address to client’s destination
