Do you thrive in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment where craft food meets craft beer? Lariat Lodge Brewing Company is seeking dependable, hard-working Line Cooks to join our kitchen teams at both our Littleton location!
💸 Compensation:
Pay Range: $18.00–$22.00/hour (based on experience)
Full-time and Part-time positions available

🔪 Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality menu items according to standardized recipes
Operate fryers, grills, and sauté stations
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
Assist with prep and closing duties as assigned
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Communicate effectively with kitchen and FOH staff
👨🍳 Ideal Candidates Will Have:
1 years of kitchen experience preferred (but we will train the right person)
Ability to follow directions and work well under pressure
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for great food, beer, and hospitality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification is a plus
🕒 Scheduling & Requirements:
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Reliable transportation to either our Evergreen or Littleton location
🩺 Sick Leave Compliance – Colorado HFWA:
Paid Sick Leave: Accrual of 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year, per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA)
Public Health Emergency Leave: Additional paid leave may be available during declared public health emergencies
