Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and being part of a dependable team? Lariat Lodge Brewing Company is hiring Dishwashers for our Evergreen location. We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who take pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
💸 Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Full-time and part-time positions available

🧼 Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
Maintain clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen areas
Remove trash, recycling, and cardboard as needed
Sweep and mop floors and assist with general cleaning duties
Properly store clean dishes and kitchen equipment
Assist the kitchen team with basic prep or closing duties when assigned
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and managers
👨🍳 Ideal Candidates Will Have
Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred, but we will train the right person
A dependable and positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to follow directions and stay organized
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
🕒 Scheduling and Requirements
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Reliable transportation to our Evergreen location is required
🩺 Colorado Paid Sick Leave
Employees accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year, in accordance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.
Additional paid leave may be available during a declared public health emergency, as required by law.
