Housekeeping/Laundry Aide

Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for detail.

• Perform housekeeping chores in the Resident rooms.

• Responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility.

• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas.

• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.

• Removal of trash & soiled linens. Must be able to lift fifty pounds.

• Must be able to work as a team member.

• Demonstrates a solid work ethic, with a strong initiative for quality and customer service.

• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.

• Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule.

• May need to work a Varied Schedule, as requested.

• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)

• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
