- Location: Hybrid (Plano, TX; McLean, VA; or Richmond, VA)
- Duration: 6-12 months

- Serve as subject matter expert in Workday Payroll and Core HCM
- Support Workday payroll system configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting
- Manage Workday integrations for payroll (including third-party vendors)
- Lead and implement configuration changes in Workday Payroll and HCM modules
- Utilize Workday PAAT for payroll accounting adjustments
- Ensure payroll compliance with internal and external regulations
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Tech teams to develop scalable solutions
- Test and deploy Workday updates and new features
- Provide documentation and support for internal users and stakeholders
- 5 years hands-on experience with Workday Payroll and Core HCM
- Experience with Workday configuration and integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio a plus)
- Hands-on experience with Workday PAAT
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll processes, compliance, and audit readiness
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Workday certifications (Payroll and/or HCM)
- Experience supporting large-scale payroll in enterprise or financial services environments
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA)
