Job Summary – Technician ( Ocoee, FL)
- Provide in-person and remote technical support for all enterprise technology hardware and software systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and related IT equipment.
- Assist with setup and support of audiovisual equipment and video conferencing solutions (MS Teams, Zoom, GoTo, etc.).
- Monitor and maintain IT systems using tools such as Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; propose and implement solutions.
- Track IT assets and maintain detailed documentation of systems and support activities.
- Recommend and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, including new practices or technologies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and Windows 10/11.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and departmental initiatives.
- Provide technical support during onsite hours (Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–6:00 pm) and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
- Travel to remote locations as needed to provide support.
- Perform additional IT-related duties as assigned.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently or as part of a team, especially in high-pressure situations.
Salary : $25 - $30
