- Oversee and lead the setup and implementation of DCY’s Salesforce Program.
- Define program vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business and stakeholder needs.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce-related projects, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources.
- Ensure project governance, risk management, and compliance for Salesforce implementations.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze and improve business processes through Salesforce automation and CRM best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, admins, architects) to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Oversee integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).
- Lead change management initiatives and coordinate user training and onboarding activities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project success metrics; deliver dashboards and business insights.
- Provide project management support (work breakdown structures, schedules, documentation, risk assessment, and reporting).
- Facilitate vendor management and manage relationships with multiple project teams and consultants.
- Lead meetings, manage project plans and roadmaps, oversee risk/issue management and mitigation strategies.
- Support the implementation of four key projects: legacy app transitions, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud with AI, and licensing app alignment.
- Ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project delivery while optimizing business value through IT initiatives.
- 4-year degree or equivalent technical study.
- 7 years of IT project management with successful multi-project delivery.
- 5 years of business process analysis.
- 3 years workflow automation experience.
- 3 years Salesforce experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong documentation, communication, organizational, and vendor management skills.
- Experience in project planning, risk management, and business analysis.
- Preferred: Large-scale Salesforce implementation, PMP certification, and digital workflow automation leadership.
Salary : $70
