Job Summary (Sr. Data Engineer with ITIL - Snowflake, SnowSQL, Python, Pyspark)- Local NY- Onsite interview
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and PySpark.
- Build and optimize data warehouses using Snowflake for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and deliver data requirements and solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure data quality and performance.
- Document data processes and procedures in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Utilize ITIL framework, especially in Incident and Problem Management, to support operational efficiency.
- Handle incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem tracking using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow or Jenkins).
- Leverage expertise in data engineering (10 years), including strong SQL, Python, and PySpark skills.
- Apply deep knowledge of Snowflake architecture, features, and best practices.
- Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation (or higher), Snowflake Certification, and other relevant big data, Python, or SQL certifications.
- Banking domain experience is highly preferred.
