Job Summary for Senior Peoplesoft Security Administrator (Nassau County, Long Island, NY, Onsite):
- Serve as a Senior PeopleSoft Security Administrator for Nassau County, working onsite in Long Island, NY.
- Implement and support PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM), particularly versions 9.1 and 9.2.
- Manage and configure user profiles, roles, permission lists, and various security components (Row level, Dynamic, Application, Project, Department Tree, PeopleTools, Process Group, Query, User Preferences).
- Configure, recommend, and troubleshoot security definitions based on user access requirements.
- Administer complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security configurations.
- Maintain and configure security for HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules at different levels.
- Ensure maintenance and definition of PeopleSoft 9.2 Fluid security.
- Migrate projects and security elements/objects across multiple environments.
- Utilize PHIRE version control and JIRA ticketing systems for change and issue management.
- Apply knowledge of Oracle 19 or later databases in support of PeopleSoft environments.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation related to security configurations and processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service to end-users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and demonstrate strong initiative and leadership skills.
- Work independently and take responsibility for leading initiatives from inception to completion.
- Must be local to NY or able to attend onsite, in-person interviews (no H1B/OPT candidates).
