Job Summary For Senior IAM Specialist- Portland OR- Hybrid
- Serve as a senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist for a utility domain client in Portland, Oregon (onsite 2 days/week).
- Lead and manage access control processes, including reviewing and refining enablement matrices by functional position.
- Work closely with stakeholders, app administrators, and technical teams to identify and implement access requirements based on user roles.
- Oversee user provisioning and deprovisioning activities, ensuring timely and accurate access rights assignments and removals using SailPoint ISC, Active Directory, and SAP GRC.
- Maintain and support existing SailPoint ISC workflows and system processes, including troubleshooting and applying break-fix solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational change control processes for IAM system updates and modifications.
- Utilize strong background in the utility industry to align IAM practices with industry-specific requirements and standards.
- Participate in a 2-3 step interview process (phone/video and possible onsite F2F if local).
- Contract position for 6-24 months with potential contract-to-hire (C2H) candidates.
