Required Skills
- 7 years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios
- 7 years building test cases and scenarios into test systems
- 4 years of experience testing IBM Curam software
- Ability to document and support development of test scenarios/cases and execute testing activities
- Strong communication skills to publish status reports and articulate issues to development teams
- 7 years of experience with large enterprise or e‑business systems
- Deep knowledge of healthcare operations (Medicaid preferred)
- Proficiency with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience in both Waterfall SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field (experience may substitute for education)
- Develop test plans, QA/UAT processes, and test cases for product management and software development teams
- Design and support user interface testing applications and regression testing software
- Test software applications for reliability, stability, and usability (including negative testing)
- Lead projects to perform quality assessments that expose defects, security flaws, and optimization opportunities
- Create and run automated testing scripts; oversee deployment of tests
- Document QA results, defects, and recommendations in reports and governance artifacts
- Maintain databases with product defects, user reviews, survey information, and functional improvements
- Collaborate with development teams to recommend solutions that maximize performance and efficiency
- Perform reviews, walkthroughs, and inspections in line with governance standards
Salary : $60 - $63
