Senior QA Testing Analyst / Business Analyst
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Perform both manual and automated testing across multiple applications to ensure high product quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects/issues, collaborating closely with development teams for resolution.
- Establish and maintain test data, test environments, and testing frameworks to support ongoing and continuous testing activities.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and methodologies across the testing process.
- Contribute to and enhance the automation testing framework, including implementation of new test scripts.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders.
- Serve as the liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams to ensure requirements alignment and proper communication.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify that delivered solutions meet business needs and expectations.
- Utilize strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools (including automation), and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ideally within Scrum/Agile environments.
- Perform API testing and use SQL/DB2/database skills for data validation.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business groups.
