Job Summary – Program Manager IV, Chicago, IL
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale finance transformation programs and projects aligning with strategic business objectives and ROI.
- Manage programs and projects: develop project plans, track milestones, monitor and mitigate risks, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration using Smartsheet.
- Partner with finance, technology, and business stakeholders to define project scope, resolve issues, and drive key project activities.
- Establish and maintain project governance processes; actively engage and manage stakeholders.
- Create and manage integrated schedules, budgets, constraints, risks, and dependencies for assigned programs.
- Ensure all deliverables, milestones, and expected benefits are achieved on time and within budget.
- Proactively manage project activities, resource allocation, and interdependencies across functions.
- Support and coordinate proof-of-concept activities and soft launches with various stakeholders.
- Conduct system mapping, perform data/process analysis, and recommend process enhancements as needed.
- Lead communication and change management planning, including training, process/procedure documentation.
- Prepare and deliver project/program performance reports to teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Ensure all portfolio projects/programs are aligned with business priorities, goals, and ROI/OKRs.
- Set priorities and manage competing demands.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
- 8 years’ experience in program and portfolio management, especially in finance transformation and technology integration.
- Proven experience in mid-level accounting/finance roles and leading $2M cross-functional projects/programs.
- Experience in large-scale finance operations and translating financial strategy into operational execution.
- Familiarity with finance systems (EPM, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan) and proficiency in Smartsheet.
- Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and active listening skills.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- ERP transformation, aviation industry experience, process improvement, and change management experience.
- PMP, PfMP, Green Belt/LSS certifications, Agile exposure, and MS Teams/Visio familiarity.

Salary : $75 - $80
