- Participate in on-call rotation (1 week primary, 1 week secondary, 2 weeks off)
- 24/7 availability during on-call weeks, respond within 15-20 minutes
- Respond to alerts/incidents, escalate as needed, use mobile devices for remote issue resolution
- Manage event management tickets and service alerts (on-call team)
- Address user-reported issues and provide daily production support (day-to-day analysts)
- Gradual onboarding with experienced team members, integrate into on-call rotation
- Total team: 9 (4 technical on-call, 4 day-to-day analysts, including contractor)
- Required: AWS, Grafana, Splunk
- Secondary: SQL, X Matters
- Preferred/Additional: Java UI & Adobe Components, React UI
- Must provide own mobile device and computer for system access
- Flexibility, strong communication, and willingness to learn are valued
- Financial industry knowledge helpful but not mandatory
- Demonstrates productivity, reliability in on-call duties, and effective incident/ticket management
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive, flexible team environment
