Job Summary (Power Automate Developer)
- Act as business representative for the Power Automate Platform, focusing on workflow improvement and automation initiatives.
- Design, develop, and implement Power Apps and automated workflows to streamline business processes.
- Perform Dataverse analysis, business case architectural design, and cost-benefit analysis for automation projects.
- Provide subject matter expertise in customer operations, business processes, and automation technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, product owners) to deliver integrated, cloud-based automation solutions on Microsoft and Azure platforms.
- Ensure solutions are efficient, scalable, secure, and follow agile and test-driven development practices.
- Communicate project progress, proactively identify and resolve blockers.
- Participate in paired programming and code reviews to enhance technical knowledge and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Conduct independent research on automation techniques and share findings with peers.
- Revise and implement innovative Power Apps/automation solutions to address customer and business needs.
