- Analyze, plan, and define requirements for new PeopleSoft HCM functionality.
- Develop functional architectures/models based on evolving business needs.
- Conduct process improvement reviews and map business processes to PeopleSoft functionalities.
- Ensure applications align with business requirements; collaborate with process owners to resolve issues.
- Define data flows and ensure integration between business processes and systems.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and user design sessions with stakeholders.
- Coordinate project deliverables with other MTA groups (MTAIT, Performance Management, etc.).
- Work with application designers to complete system enhancement designs.
- Design and develop reports and PeopleSoft queries for HCM users.
- Participate in testing (end-to-end and system integration) of new functionalities.
- Assist team lead with defining staffing, responsibilities, and schedules for enhancements.
- Identify, escalate, and coordinate resolution of cross-team issues.
- Write complex DML and DQL SQL scripts for database queries.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and key process requirements.
- Minimum 10 years of functional and technical experience in PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 or higher.
- Extensive experience with PeopleSoft modules including HR, Compensation, Position Management, Performance Management, Learning/Development, Benefits Admin, Talent Acquisition/Candidate Gateway.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft self-service functions.
- Proven record of full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementations.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework (preferred).
- Strong ability to translate customer requirements into functional/technical designs.
- Skilled in reviewing project deliverables for quality and standards compliance.
- 10 years building moderate to complex PeopleSoft queries and writing DQL/DML SQL scripts.
- Experience with state government projects (preferred).
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong understanding of relational databases.
- Experience in desktop/mobile support and troubleshooting software issues.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with individuals at all levels.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (2013 ), SharePoint (2010 ), and Microsoft Project (2010 ).
- Experience creating SOPs and producing sample work as needed.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business writing skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- 10 years PeopleSoft HCM functional and technical experience.
- Deep expertise in key PeopleSoft HCM modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business writing skills.
Salary : $65 - $70
