- Support design and delivery of digital asset initiatives, including trading, custody, and settlement workflows.
- Provide expertise in blockchain protocols, cryptocurrency markets, and tokenized assets.
- Define wallet infrastructure and key management frameworks (e.g., custody models, hot/cold storage, MPC, multi-signature).
- Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams to implement digital asset solutions.
- Evaluate vendors and platforms in the digital asset ecosystem (custodians, exchanges, analytics, tokenization).
- Address regulatory and control requirements for institutional digital asset products.
- Create documentation, workflows, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Leverage 5 years experience in financial services with direct exposure to digital assets, blockchain, or crypto.
- Apply strong knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, crypto trading workflows, and security best practices.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- (Preferred) Bring experience from banks, exchanges, custodians, or digital asset-native firms.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEC, OCC, NYDFS BitLicense) and tokenization in capital markets.
Salary : $60 - $62
