Job Summary : PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant ( Oakland, CA)
- Serve as Senior PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant for a Higher Education community college client.
- Provide hands-on functional configuration and daily production support for PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll modules, including Workforce Administration, ESS, MSS, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and Commitment Accounting.
- Ensure payroll processing continuity, operational stability, and support for PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager) upgrades.
- Perform payroll processing, year-end payroll activities, audits, and commitment accounting validation.
- Translate HR and payroll business requirements into functional designs and specifications.
- Lead and execute functional testing for PUM releases.
- Maintain comprehensive functional documentation.
- Support and coordinate integration between HCM and Finance systems.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and executive stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Requirement to work onsite in Oakland, CA.
- Require 10 years of PeopleSoft HCM functional experience, ideally within Higher Education.
Salary : $75 - $80
